Please Note: As custom-built cabinets and shelves can not be resold, we can not accept returns or cancellations on these items unless there are extenuating circumstances. If you have any questions, please contact us.
Returns
As noted above, some products can not be returned. If, however, the product qualifies to be returned, please contact us and be aware that certain restocking fees may apply.
• All item returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. - Request an RMA number here.
• RMA numbers are valid for 14 days from the issue date.
• RMA requests are accepted up to 30 days from the item's shipping date - items past 30 days are not eligible to be returned for a refund or exchange and are subject to the manufacturer's warranty. To qualify for a refund, items must be returned with all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and any other accessories included with the item
All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 25% - 30% depending on the manufacturer, at Server Racks Online's sole discretion. For standard products that are returned and exchanged for a different product:If the exchange order is of equal or greater value to the original order, then the restocking fee is waived.
If the exchange order is for less than the original order, the restocking fee is 10%.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping charges will not be covered by Server Racks Online.
• Customer's are responsible for safely packaging and shipping back any unit in need of repair and all shipping charges associated.
• Please inspect the equipment upon receipt to make sure it has not been damaged in transit.If the equipment has been damaged, please email CustomerService@Server-Rack-Online.com within 3 business days to initiate the replacement process.
• Server Racks Online will not accept return requests or provide refunds under the following circumstances: Merchandise that has been damaged or altered by the customer.
• Items that have been shipped internationally.
• Shipping delays that are out of our control
• Items that do not reference a valid RMA number (request an RMA number) will not be accepted.
• Items that were shipped out for return over 30 days FROM RMA request.
• Damaged items may not be returned for a refund - If the product received by the customer is defective, the customer will be sent a replacement unit upon return receipt of the defective unit by the manufacturer.
• Upon approval of the RMA request, credit or refunds will only be provided after the product has been received and inspected by Server Racks Online and been found to meet the criteria of the return.
• Please note: Returns and exchanges can take between 7-14 business days or longer, depending on the products and manufacturers involved. Please find the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form here.
Cancellations
Custom orders cannot be canceled unless there are extenuating circumstances. Orders for standard products can be canceled, but the cancellation must occur before the product is delivered. Shipping charges will not be refunded for cancellations that occur after the order has shipped, and a refund will only be issued after the order has been received back at the warehouse.
